云岡文化旅游季以大同的歷史文化為依托，是一項集旅游、文化、經(jīng)貿(mào)為一體的大型活動，是山西省重點文化活動之一，也是大同市具有引領(lǐng)性、帶動性和標(biāo)志性的重大文化活動，從2000年首屆云岡文化旅游節(jié)舉辦至今。
China (Datong) Yungang Cultural and Tourism Festival is a comprehensive large scale cultural festival integrating tourism, culture and economy and trade taking advantage of long history and profound culture of the city. It is one of the key cultural and tourism events in Shanxi Province and a leading and significant cultural event of Datong. It has been held since the first Yungang Cultural and Tourism Festival was held in 2000.
